‘Pachacutec: In Search of Happiness’ hopes to show that poverty isn’t a problem that has no solution, in fact communities that have their bare essentials to live can have lasting true happiness far beyond what money and material possessions can give us in the developed world.

Meet Dario, Gris, Edit, Jose, Gabriella and Larenza from Pachacutec, Lima, Peru.

These are some of the people living in Sector A3, part of Pachacutec, a shantytown on the outskirts of Lima. In this film each family will tell you their tale.

This short film asks the question: what is happiness? Is it possible to find happiness when living in some form of poverty?
